We went to the local sand box, Alum Creek Beach, and took a few fun photos this past Sunday. The people walking by looked at us like we are crazy or something. They just don't get it.
I have some more pics in my flickr if you want to check them out.

As some of you know, over a year and a half ago I added another role to my life, Grandma ( I prefer Lola).
I watch Little B quit a bit while her mom and dad are at their jobs.
I have work to get done as well.
Cutting, planning, ironing, assembling, sewing, pricing, ETC
Sometimes I put Baby B in her playpin so I can work. She plays with her toys or takes a nap.
Other times she tries to distract me,
Or yank me in with her.
Ahhhhhhhh :o)

A busy week before Westerville
"What have I been up to ?" , you may ask.
After a crazy long weekend at Comfest, I have been back to work preparing for my next show.
I basically skipped all this past holiday and events so I could get ready for it.
I have been working on special orders.
Multi tasking.
Getting a little sun while I sew.
Restocking some of my popular new designs.

AHHHHHHHHHH,
Really ?
REALLY !!!!!?
Crafty Cat is still getting in the middle of things, imagine that.
Of course he's not the only one. Princess thinks since she has been around the longest and is the top cat in the home, that she can do whatever she wants as well.
I do love all four of my kitties but I NEED MY SPACE.

More Stuffies
-cute fabrics
-ooak plushie
-70's style pattern
-vintage design with a NEW Mary Moon twist
♥♥♥ Back when I was a small child my grandma used to spoil me with her handmade creations. She made me cards, afghans, clothing's and lots of other special gifts.I remember her making a set of these cute stuffed animals that I just cherished. She lived two hours away so each time I would visit she would add a new stuffie to my collection.I had a bunny, cat, dog, camel, lion and a horse.
I was at the thrift store one day and found the same set of patterns my grandma had.Memories overwhelmed me.All the road trips to her house, spending weeks during summer break with her, holidays at grandmas, playing in her living room.
I HAD TO HAVE THEM ! ! !
I give my grandma a lot of credit for helping me become the person I have am today. She not only gave me her love and her time, she inspired me and encouraged me.
Once again she has influenced me and my artwork.
I have recreated my grandmas vintage plush designs and put a Mary Moon twist to them.
I Hope you enjoy them as I really really enjoyed making them ♥♥♥
I think she would be proud :o)
