Crafty Cat takes a nap,On my ironing board ???

Thanks for tuning in for the new adventure of Crafty Cat.

I was planning on doing some ironing today.I have a small stack of bag panels that need ironed before I assemble them.Hard task to do when theres a cat sleeping on your work space.I thought I may go ahead and heat up the iron and if the cats tail gets in the way C.C. will have a flat black tail.:0)
Take a look at the shadows on my star and moon wall. The shadow by the moon is actually a bird.I sat patiently trying to take a picture were you could actually see the shadow of the bird.Problem is they moved way to quick. It was impossible to capture.
We have a tree outside our window that has a bunch of berries on it.The berries have recently attracted a ton of birds.
It has been driving my cats CRAZY.They have been watching the birds bounce around the tree and they hop around the window like they want to go after them.Only it's to cold out and they won't even go outside. The WIMPS !!!!

We have been going to the CMA since she was 3.Her room is full of various art projects she has done over the years.I hope for her to have her very own show in a museum someday,I will be her biggest fan !!!!

Done at last !!!!! I finished the Whales, they all turned out so cute! I even decided to clean the new machine, Ha Ha.
A little too premature for that,I know.I got nothing,no dirt dust or thread (practice I guess).
Now on to real work, I have many backpacks ready to put together and that is my next conquest.

So I had my first project with my new sewing machine.I made these adorable whales! They will be the Party favors for my daughters baby shower. She is having a Girl and her name will be Arabella.I was so exited that the new machine sews letters so I made the ribbons with Arabella on them. How fun is that???
I havn't shown them to my daughter yet.I plan to surprise her.I think she'll love them.
I made 12 today but I have to make 30 in all.I finished cutting the pattern for the other 18 out but will have to work on them some other day, "Whale burn out" LOL!!!

My poor machine broke down.I knew it was just a matter of time.I have put a lot of miles on it.I have sewn a ton of purses, bags, wallets, zippy bags, pajama pants. The list just goes on.....
I was going to get it repaired but the Stitching Post offered to buy it back and at fair price towards a NEW machine. So I invested in this beauty. Its a Viking Emarld 183.It's new,it's computerized,it has even more stitching options, and it does lots of other cool things.I LOVE IT !!!!!

Thats a picture of my first grandbaby on the window ledge.Due in March.
